The Righteous Model Center

BRIGON HOMES announces the completion of its new Model Center “The Righteous” located in South Gulf Cove, Charlotte County, Florida. The Righteous Model Center will be opening to the public in the fourth quarter of 2006, ahead of its entry in the Charlotte-Desoto Building Industry’s 2007 Parade of Homes. The Righteous Model joins the lineup of previous Brigon Homes Parade model entries, including “The Horizon” and “The Lakes”, which were multiple award winners, including both receiving Grand Awards for Best Homes.

After calling a few and getting all the wrong and expensive answers, I called Ann at Brigon Homes and she scheduled an appointment for Brian to come out and look at the job. "Dear Brian,

Wow, I can't believe we have been in our new Joshua home a year already!!! It was a challenge for us living in Maryland and not being able to see the building process step by step. I don't think we could have survived being a thousand miles away from our dream home if it were not for good friends and neighbors keeping us apprised with pictures and e-mails. I especially was such a pest, constantly calling you and asking the BIG question, "When do you think we will be in our new home?". I bet if you heard it once you heard it a million times. As usual though, you were always courteous and listened to us.

In July of 2005, we sold our home in Maryland of 25 years and moved into an apartment for one year. This was a real challenge, going from a 2 acre lot into a very small space.

Then July 2006 we moved into a friend's home in North Ft. Myers for the entire month. Since we had no place to live after that, we really put the pressure on you. But in the end you came through and we moved into our beautiful new home the first part of August, just in the nick of time. However, this would not have happened if you were not constantly on your staff to move faster without losing the quality of structure that your homes reveal.

Finally August of 2006 we are in our new home and guess what, Ernesto decided to make landfall. Fear not, with the aluminum shutters in place and the structure of your home we had no worries that we would be safe. However, as everyone hoped, Ernesto headed up the East Coast and spared the residents of Florida.

Although we had our challenges after we moved in, no matter what happened, you were always there to remedy any of our concerns or requests. And now a year later we would like to share interior pictures of our beautiful home.
